I had the perfect get up going for about two years: Here it is:

I pay for two mailed films out at a time. Get them, watch them, take them to the store..get two more films from the store. As soon as the mailed in films are checked in the system-WA-LA..I have two more in my mailbox giving me 4 movies out at once.

Hubs and I are HUGE movie buffs so we can go through some films. Sorry to say Mr. Blockbuster caught onto my evil doing's and now they monitor mail in/in store exchange...so I am stuck. With just two. It's killing me.

Now I just rent them or hope like hell that my brudder purchased them and just borrow.

:)Pennyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09178833067912940139noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4972951595926878159.post-5818605627306365732010-05-11T16:24:42.825-04:002010-05-11T16:24:42.825-04:00It is sad that movies have gotten so expensive! I live for Netflix and supplement with DVDs from my library on a regular basis.Kathleenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01739982274914536036noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4972951595926878159.post-17657916972369307832010-05-10T23:49:54.685-04:002010-05-10T23:49:54.685-04:00Here's my share for this week's topic....h...Here's my share for this week's topic....http://lulu-bitz-and-pieces.blogspot.com/2010/05/monday-movie-meme-movie-budget.htmlLuluhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05279703127672479640noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4972951595926878159.post-72892187285407642902010-05-10T21:17:43.231-04:002010-05-10T21:17:43.231-04:00I played for the first time :o) I just started my ...I played for the first time :o) I just started my blog and I am planning on playing along every Monday.

http://justnoelle.blogspot.com/2010/05/monday-movie-meme.htmlNoellehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00990673801432634817noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4972951595926878159.post-35567415291596856002010-05-10T19:49:31.730-04:002010-05-10T19:49:31.730-04:00My god, am I the only one who goes to the real the...My god, am I the only one who goes to the real theater anymore? Actually, we go during the week, in the afternoon and get senior/matinee prices and it's usually our own private screening.

I still love the big screen - the thing that's as big as a wall. There is absolutely nothing like it. What is the future going to be like if everyone watches movies at home? Will the theaters all close up?

By the way, Susan: Away We Go was one of my favorite movies of last year. I loved the music and the actors plus the plot. (Saw it on the big screen.)Margothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07422981969760935118noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4972951595926878159.post-87217339816478134332010-05-10T15:13:33.568-04:002010-05-10T15:13:33.568-04:00I decided to make a post-- Kaye—the road goes ever...I decided to make a post-- Kaye—the road goes ever ever on kayerjhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08479123027080062607noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4972951595926878159.post-27235700279839530142010-05-10T14:55:29.167-04:002010-05-10T14:55:29.167-04:00I agree with you--stay home and enjoy. We buy about 20 tickets and use up a whole row.kayerjhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08479123027080062607noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4972951595926878159.post-27141298005410551562010-05-10T13:14:16.330-04:002010-05-10T13:14:16.330-04:00We're lucky if we make to the theatre a couple...We're lucky if we make to the theatre a couple of times a year. I just recently joined Netflix and love it! Don't know why it took me so long. I just watched Doubt (great movie) and next up is Away We Go. I've been watching some really diverse stuff that I normally wouldn't rent or go see in the theatre.Susanhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14201860227400017841noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4972951595926878159.post-26494712148966394412010-05-10T12:48:12.082-04:002010-05-10T12:48:12.082-04:00I'm sorry, I didn't play. Plus, like The Gal, I don't think I'd be very interesting. We do Netflix. I take the kids to movies when it is raining and we are bored. And like once a year, I go see an adult movie at the theater. Like I did last night.Sandy Nawrothttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00564390728106776030noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4972951595926878159.post-49873515577125088002010-05-10T10:59:40.780-04:002010-05-10T10:59:40.780-04:00I played but I must warn you -- I'm not especi...I played but I must warn you -- I'm not especially fascinating this week. The Gal Herselfhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02566779726191649848noreply@blogger.com
