We have been very busy Bumbles of late. Everyone is around the holidays. But our absence from bopping around and visiting most of you is not because of holiday shopping or baking (duh) or decorating. It is because Andy has been traveling on the road several days each week and Molly has been using that downtime to squeeze in some outside efforts.
Primarily she has been working on a series of posts for LifeSnips regarding tips for the college financial aid process. This bright idea popped into her head rather innocently and has evolved into a very time consuming research, interview and finally, writing process. Everything from applying for aid, working with schools for grants, finding scholarships, knowing what to look for in loans and how to manage debt are planned topics for the series. The first was just published last week and you can read it here.
Any promotion that you can provide by Tweeting, Stumbling, Digging or good old fashioned forwarding of the link to anyone you may know in the college or high school industry, or to teens heading off to college or for adults returning to school that would be much appreciated. And of course, if you want to talk about the topic feel free to leave a comment over on LifeSnips.
Tomorrow we'll be posting more photo links from our vacation back in the fall to Molly's travel posts on UpTake's Attractions Blog and we hope you continue to enjoy the more involved account of our journies on that site. While you are there, feel free to ask questions, leave opinions or ideas on those posts too so other visitors to UpTake can benefit from the conversation.
And finally, tonight (Tuesday) at 8PM EST Molly will be joining Terry Kate of Romance In The Back Seat and romance author Sabrina Darby on Terry Kate's "Backseat Movie Talk Holiday Special" on Blog Talk Radio. You can listen in and even call to join the discussion about favorite holiday films too if you want by visiting the link here. We'll post the archive link in next week's Monday Movie Meme post for anyone unable to listen in live.
And after all of this, perhaps we'll be able to get back out there in the blogosphere and spend some quality time visiting all of you and meeting some new people too along the way. That is always intended to be our priority and we look forward to seeing you soon.

You have been a busy girl! I feel like lately we have been ships passing in the night. I literally have been running from dawn to dusk, and even tough I now have a netbook to bring with me on my errands, I haven't even had time to sit down for that. I can't wait to hear you on BlogTalk Radio! I most likely will have to listen to it offline, when I am home alone and not interrupted. Good luck!
you've been really busy! im tweeting your article :D
You have been BUSY! My son is a Sophmore in high school. I just scanned the article and realized how much work I have to do to get up to speed on the whole college/financial aid/etc thing! I'm filing the article for after the holidays when I feel a bit more sane and together! Thanks for sharing!
It's funny how we all apologize for being too busy to read each other's blogs! It really is amusing.
Welcome back, traveling is tiring, but I believe that you have fun getting out and see things in a new dimension...
Good luck blogging!
