ON BLOGGING ~ Absence Makes The Heart Grow Fonder...
BlogAnon will return next week. We are out of town for a funeral. Molly's grandmother passed away earlier this week and so we are gathering with family to celebrate life. You should go do the same ;0)

Oh no. I'm sorry to hear that.
Molly, my condolescences.
After my parents passed away someone left me with an idea I pass on here. Take something as a memory point and focus on it. For example with my dad I used to love our long country walks as a child, so for me every time I see a Robin in the garden, in a tree, whereever, I remember my father. It is such a bright, cheery bird, out in all weathers, brightening the garden in winter.
For my mother, it is the smell of making jam, something she did every year. I'd love coming home from school or from playing to an open kitchen door and a test sample of jam laid out in a saucer on the door step, attracting all the wasps and bees, but testing whether the jam was ready to set or not, the smell of boiling jam was everywhere, sticky, sweet and distinctively my mother. Fond memories always triggered by the smallest of details.
Really sorry to hear that. My condolences.
Molly, I'm so very sorry for your loss. I hope your grandmother had a long and happy life. Give Cuddles an extra hug for her. XOXO
Hugs and prayers Molly. Losing my grandparents was so hard, especially my grandmothers, who I was so close to. I am with you in spirit for support.
