Feature Presentation...
MONDAY MOVIE MEME
Molly looked around for a weekly meme about movies and did not have any luck. So therefore she decided to start her own! Andy will play along as well - hopefully you will too. Go to your blog and create your own post on the topic, linking back to us in your post, then come back and leave a link to your post here in our Comments section. If you don’t have a blog, just share your response in the Comments section.
This week's movie topic is all about Time Travel...
Molly will have a guest post up at 8AM EST Monday morning on Florinda's blog The 3 R's, sharing the plan she uses to remove guilt, stress and excessive time on her Google Reader. These time management tips got her to thinking about how a time machine would make life so much easier. Sadly, only the movies seem to allow for that option. In another stroke of time management genius, Molly decided to just ask her Blog Buddy, Jehara, and her hubby to think of time travel movies instead of coming up with a list all by herself. Here's what they came up with. Share on your blog movies featuring journeys through time, linking back here at The Bumbles. And don't forget to visit your fellow participants!
- Lake House (2006)
- Sliding Doors (1998)
- Kate & Leopold (2001)
- The Butterfly Effect (2004)
- Bill & Ted's Excellent Adventure (1989) - this also happens to be a personal favorite of Molly's ;0)

We just rented The Time Traveler's Wife, which I thought was good, in spite of the hordes of disappointed book-readeer-goers!
I was just gonna say don't forget The Time Traveler's Wife, but rhapsody beat me to it! ;-)
Party on, Dudes! (love Bill & Ted!)
Real soft spot here for Back to the Future (all 3 of them).
my post is up!
check it out! :D
Being able to time travel to catch up on blogging would be great, especially visiting other fellow bloggers.
I loved watching The Lake House and The Butterfly Effect, but the other three movies are still new to me. Thanks for sharing. Have a wonderful week.
Time Travel Movies
My daughter loves The Butterfly Effect and although I have tried twice to watch it, I couldn't get into it enough to watch it all the way through. Maybe the third time will be a charm?
My list is up.
That's a great list, Molly! I wish they would make a movie or mini-series from Diana Gabaldon's Outlander books. That would certainly be action-packed and full of intrigue and romance.
I didn't participate this week...I'm sorry! It is audio book week so all my energy is being pushed in that direction. Still, time travel...Somewhere in Time, for sure! I would also second Susan. It would be great to see some Outlander action on the silver screen, except it would have to be rated X!
Sliding Doors is one of my favorite movies! Love, love it :) I think Gwyneth Paltrow is exquisite in it. Great list too!
Mine's UP.
My list is up, but I've seen every movie on this list :) Great picks.

Time Travelers Wife :)
Lake House is the only movie on the list I'm familiar with. That's okay because I really liked that movie and have seen it several times. Now I think I'd like to see what Bill and Ted are all about. Sounds fun.
I'm back with my list....better late than never, I hope!
Movie Monday
I hope you like 'em!

Bill and Ted... classic! Liked Kate and Leopold, too. Here's mine: http://forgetfulone.blogspot.com/2010/06/monday-movie-meme_21.html
this is my entry for this week...http://www.davidjournal.com/2010/06/monday-movie-meme-time-travel.html
My Time Travel... entry
SLIDING DOORS! I always want to watch that movie, even though I'm not a big Gwyneth fan, because the premise sounds fascinating, but I can never recall the name of it. SLIDING DOORS! SLIDING DOORS! SLIDING DOORS!
I didn't play this week because the only other time travel ones I could think of were the Back to the Futures and Lake House.
We wrote a post on time-travel books/movies back in March. Of course our fav's are the Back to the Future trilogy, but there are a few others.
