MONDAY MOVIE MEME
Molly looked around for a weekly meme about movies and did not have any luck. So therefore she decided to start her own! Andy will play along as well - hopefully you will too. Go to your blog and create your own post on the topic, linking back to us in your post, then come back and leave a link to your post here in our Comments section. If you don’t have a blog, just share your response in the Comments section.
This week's movie topic is all about the Supernatural...
Some weeks we run out of ideas for these posts. So in situations like that I turn to my Blog Buddy, Jehara. She and her hubby love movies too and they can always be counted on to come up with fresh ideas. Such as Supernatural movies. I'm curious to see which supernatural angles everyone selects this week. Here are a few that we felt fit the bill. Share on your blog favorite movies with those witchy, surreal, psychic or alien happenings, linking back here at The Bumbles. And don't forget to visit your fellow participants!
- Unbreakable (2000)
- The X-Files (1998)
- The Lost Boys (1987)
- Close Encounters of the Third Kind (1977)
- Poltergeist (1982)

Okay, I'm with you on all but Unbreakable. I really wanted to walk out of the theater during that one!

I liked all your choices. This is a genre, though, I guess I'm not that into because only one other movie popped into my head. It's a great movie, though, so I'm happy with it.
PS In case you find yourself stuck, I've got a suggestion for a future Monday. How about movies where at least one of the the characters drinks ... alot?
i go for the lost boys. i watched it so many times when i was young..

Chris Chronicles post is up!
Is this pedestrian and cliche? I really liked "Sixth Sense," although I desperately wanted to know why the color red was important/prominent.
I'm sure I could Google that but I'm running late this morning so I'm not going to. Happy Monday!
This one has a huge field because it cover just about any horror movie! Here are mine:

Love your list but you have 3 movies I was including on my list as I read your theme paragraph :( so I'm going to have to think about this one!
I do love your list though! Except for Unbreakable, you chose awesome movies!

love this topic. I'm not a fan of horror so I thought I'd have a hard time with this topic--but once I got to looking I found some "paranormal" movies that I've really enjoyed. Kaye—the road goes ever ever on
Be afraid, be very afraid...
My list is up.
Here's my list:

Good lord, I could write an entire niche blog just on supernatural movies!
You had some good choices! Mine are here:

have a nice monday!
I'm late, but had to work most of the day...Anyhow, I'm UP. Hope you all had a great day! :)
Would The Exorcist count as supernatural? That is one movie that scares the holy living hell out of me.
I love The Lost Boys. Did you know that a third Lost Boys film, featuring the Frog Brothers, comes out on DVD this month?
Hard to define supernatural. If you include all horror and science fiction then that includes about 75% of all films. :)
mine are up!
