ON BLOGGING ~ Your Turn...

What is your BIGGEST blogging frustration?

For me it's the technical side of blogging. I can't figure out how to get rid of wonky spacing, for instance. It's very frustrating mostly because it isn't always an issue. I guess it's not a huge deal but it does annoy me.

I just don't have enough time! I want to comment on all my favorite blogs, respond to comments left on mine, and come up with great content. There just aren't enough hours in the day. Especially since I work full time in a non-bookish job.

Time is an issue, but the biggest headache is the tech aspects. It isn't even the coding aspect of it, that I can learn as I go. The probelm for me is all of the random places and setups that I have to go to to setup/monitor/sign-in, etc.

I am not all that organized with my bookmarks or passwords and getting everything going drives me nuts. There is feedburner, analytics, adsense, facebook, comment luv, google friend connect, twitter, Ning....ARGH! I feel like a juggler with way too many balls in the air.

Technical issues and time. Never enough time to read and comment everywhere I want to!!

Apparently I am not alone. My issues are that I'm a technical idiot (and also sort of a lazy one too) and have no time. I admit, you have been doing your best to help us all with the tech aspect, but the bottom line is that I'm scared to touch anything because I tend to mess it up. Ideally, I would like to hire someone to do my bidding.

Mine right now is having blog fog! I have the hardest time coming up with something to write about. Yeah, yeah, I know. I should have a PLAN. My brain doesn't seem to work that way, unfortunately. Have I gotten bored with it? I don't know. Or is it summer just calls me outside and away from the computer (not a bad thing)?

I don't have too much trouble tech-wise. I don't mind experimenting until I get it right. Sometimes it works, sometimes not.

My biggest frustration is time. I know I "should" do more networking/commenting/visiting but most of my hours are spent researching and writing.

I don't really have any blogging frustrations. I was told by a friend/musician that I should write something everyday about whats on my mind. Even if it means NOTHING...just write. I could always use it later in song writing. So I decided a long time ago that my blog is for ME. If people happen to pop in and read then that makes for an extra happy penny but otherwise, it's all about me :)

No expectations, no rules, no rhyme, no reason. All PENNY :)

My biggest frustration is keeping the attitude that Penny talked about in her post - blogging for myself and not worrying about others' opinions. I can tell myself that I'm doing this to have fun, that it doesn't matter how many people (if any) are reading it, I'm not in this for fame or fortune - but then I'm obsessively checking my stats.

I guess I would have to say tech stuff for me also. I blog on blogspot but there are features there I don't like at all. I would love to know enough to be able to get my own domain and do it all myself.

Time, time, and time. Oh, and technical issues. And not to forget, coming up with content! :--)

my biggest frustration is the inability of my computer to acces blogs without freezing up . . . we've never been able to resolve the issue. This problem has seriously curtailed my blogging visits. It seems that the blogs that have a lot of ads, widgets, blinkies and stuff in the side bar tend to freeze up more.

My frustrations also lie with the two Ts already mentioned. I know how to manage my time but don't. That's a personal issue. The technical is a problem from time to time but I can't even say what technical things I need help with. Somehow I just muddle through.
