ON PHOTOS ~ Manicured Blogging...

A few weeks ago, while sharing my cure for writer's block, the topic of manicures came up often. So much so that I decided to go get one. In the interest of research of course. It is not as relaxing for me as it is for others since I despise the sensation of a nail file. However, the end result makes me feel instantly shinier, brighter, and more classy - even doing something as mundane as blogging. Don't believe me? Have a look at manicured blogging...

FIRST, YOU NEED A LITTLE FUEL TO GET ENERGIZED:

TIME TO RESEARCH:

NEXT STEP - PLANNING THE POST:

FINALLY TIME TO BLOG IT OUT:

REWARD FOR A HARD NIGHT'S WORK:

Now see how much more attractive blogging is with a manicure? Go get one for yourself - if nothing else, your shiny nails will give you something nice to look at while working your way through writer's block ;0)

Manicured indeed. I work outside so never really see nails like that!

Happy WW!

Very pretty. You are making my nails mad at me. Time for a little TLC :)

I love it! Your nails look great, but not overdone! I wish mine would grow like that, but they're short, flat and too pliable.

Very nice looking nails! I'm all about the pedicure, but never bother with the nails. I do too much yard work and house cleaning. They'd be ruined in three days!

What a creative post...LOL and I am so jealous of the healthy looking nails...New England winters play havoc with my nails.

hahaha Molly..you crack me up!
I don't like getting manicured either. Only did it once for my wedding and I went the same route as you: french manicured.
I play guitar so you can't have long fingernails. It gets in the way of chord progression. :)

Your's look lovely! You think you will go back?

Molly I hate manicures and I have only had them down once and that was for my wedding and i had a touch up but it was such a pain that I never went back.

If I feel I am in a slump I will put some nail polish one and it seems to help.

I can't say that I've ever had a manicure, but I have heard of men getting them. I'm trying to imagine how nice my nails would look as I'm typing this comment.

I would SOOOO love to have nails like those. I've often asked my husband if he'd mind if I did that, but he's a nay-sayer when it comes to acrylic nails (vestiges of an ex-girlfriend). Alas - broken and stubby are my life.

Oh, so I should have had my nails done over the last two weeks *head smack*! Yours look terrific, but I literally get a funny feeling at the end of my fingers if the nails grow beyond a certain point. Thank you for repeating your excellent block-breaking advice.
And definitely keep the manicure!
