The purpose of the meme is to get to know everyone who participates a little bit better every Thursday. What do you do? Write Thirteen things about yourself, summarize your week in one entry, make it easy for other bloggers to get to know you on a weekly basis. Visiting fellow Thirteeners is not only encouraged, it is part of being a Thursday Thirteener! If you participate, leave the link to your Thirteen in others comments. It’s easy, and fun!

The only one on your list I've read is The Handmaid's Tale,
but I have books 9 and 11 in my never-ending TBR pile.

I'm talking about Madison this week

I've only read the Time Traveler's Wife and really enjoyed it. I want to read the Dewey one after catching it on Teaser Tuesday this week. Maybe after I finish Little Women I can see about Dewey. It is the book that never ends. LOL

I'm more than a little embarrassed to admit that I still haven't read The Book of Lost Things (which you discovered on my blog). Oops! Looks like I need to move it up the list, especially since it's been waiting almost a year now. The Handmaid's Tale is also sitting on my shelf waiting patiently.

Great list!

Excellent idea for a TT list. Isn't it awesome how many books yoou can find out about through web sites and blogs. It's really cool. I haven't done a TT list in a long time, I've got to get back into the fun.

What a wonderful way to honor BBAW and the joy of a discovered book! I am personally thrilled if I can influence one person to read something I've enjoyed. What an excellent list! Thanks for the mention!

I don't know how bloggers find so much time to read. My reading has been cut way back to make way for writing.

Great way to honor other blogs! I wish I kept such good records. It's hard enough to keep track just of the names of the books I've found through blogs!

I'm taking notes, I've only read The Handmaid's Tale & Perfume from your list & I'm always looking for new books to check out.
Funny about Perfume, it's not a new book, I read it when it was first released in 1988, no one had heard of it then, now more than 20 years later I find it on many people's favorite book lists.

I absolutely loved The Time Traveler's Wife. It is such a beautifully written book. I can only imagine how hard it must have been to write it. Very cool list. =)

Ah, The Dewkster! He was quite a cat, wasn't he? I keep hearing good things about The Time Traveler's Wife. Someday, when I make a dent in this TBR pile, I'll pick it up.

I've read the Handmaids Tale, Time Traveller's Wife and Suite Francaise and loved all three.

I've been meaning to read Perfume, Water For Elephants and Dewey. All are ones I've found so many great reviews from, which is why I want to check them out.
